Return & Exchange Policy
At Sitara Styles, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and exchanges.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchases. All sales are considered final unless a major manufacturing fault is proven.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
Returns for the purpose of an exchange are permitted under the following conditions:

Major Faults: The item is significantly damaged or torn upon arrival, a major component (e.g., dupatta, trousers) is missing, or there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- There is a clear manufacturing defect that makes the suite unwearable.

Size Issues: We now accept exchanges for size-related issues.
3. Conditions for Size Exchange
To qualify for a size exchange, the following requirements must be met:

Original Condition: The suit must be unwashed and unworn.

Tags & Packaging: All original labels and tags must remain attached to the garment.

Inspection: The item will be inspected upon return before an exchange is processed.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind.
-
Slight color variations (due to screen brightness or photographic lighting).
-
Items where tags have been removed or the fabric shows signs of wear.

4. The "24-Hour" Reporting Rule
To prevent the misuse of our policy, any damage or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded by the courier.

Requests made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for exchange, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred after the item was worn.
5. Anti-Usage & Security Tags
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for "wardrobing" (wearing an item for an event and then returning it).

The Security Tag: Your suite may arrive with a visible security tag. If this tag is removed, broken, or reattached, the item is not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume/deodorant) or stains (makeup/sweat). If an item is returned in used condition, it will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
6. Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved:

We will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Once we receive and inspect the faulty suite, we will send you a replacement in good condition.

If the exact suite is out of stock, you will be offered an exchange for a different item of equal value.

Items sent back to us without prior approval and a confirmed exchange request will not be accepted.
