Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Sitara Style. We are dedicated to delivering your favorite collections across Pakistan as efficiently as possible through our partner, M&P Courier Service.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We offer FREE Shipping exclusively for orders paid via Advance Bank Deposit.

    • Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will always include the standard Rs. 200 shipping fee.

2. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Pay at your doorstep.

  • Bank Deposit: Pay in advance to enjoy Free Shipping. Please share your payment proof (screenshot) via WhatsApp to confirm your order.

3. Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders throughout the week except for Fridays.

  • Friday is our weekly off; no shipments will be dispatched on this day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 days.

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to M&P Courier, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress on the M&P website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make two attempts to deliver your package. Please ensure your contact information and address are accurate to avoid delays or return-to-sender charges.
