SECTION 1 - PURCHASE AND NO-REFUND POLICY

By completing a purchase at sitarastyle.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Cash Refunds: Sitara Styles operates a strict No-Refund Policy. All sales are final.

  • Exchange Only: We only offer exchanges in the event of a major manufacturing fault, significant damage upon arrival, or missing components.

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Any claim regarding damaged or missing items must be reported to sitarastyles.sales@outlook.com within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded by the courier. Failure to report within this window voids all eligibility for exchange.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND VARIATIONS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However:

  • We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, beadwork, or color shades are characteristic of ethnic wear and do not constitute a "major fault."

  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations beyond the description provided.

SECTION 3 - ANTI-USAGE AND SECURITY TAGS

To protect the integrity of our products and prevent "wardrobing" (wearing an item for an event and attempting to return it):

  • Items may be shipped with a visible Security Tag. If this tag is removed, tampered with, or reattached, the item is strictly ineligible for any exchange.

  • Any item returned with signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or odors will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

All delivery times are estimates only. Sitara Styles is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction.

In no case shall Sitara Styles, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
